From the earliest days of my legal career, I knew I wanted to advocate for victims’ rights.
I am committed to representing individuals who have been injured due to someone else’s carelessness or people who become aware of fraudulent activities involving Medicare or Medicaid. In both areas, I have noticed that my clients often feel like they are up against opposition that has more resources and a determination to see them walk away empty-handed. I consider it my privilege to provide these folks with a solid shoulder to lean on and expert advice they can count on.
I’m a graduate of the University of Tampa and earned my law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1976. I’m a Vietnam veteran and was a Naval JAG officer.
In my 32 years of practice, I have litigated over 500 cases, represented hundreds of individuals, and spent every day committed to ensuring that my clients receive the best legal representation and obtain the best possible outcome for their case.
